Course Objectives The aim of this course is to learn basic knowledge about parasitology and entomology and methods of parasitological analysis.
Course Description The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain parasitological stool examination techniques.
  • Describe the processing of parasitological stool samples.
  • Explain parasitological blood examination techniques.
  • Describe the processing of parasitological blood samples.
  • Classify the diagnostic approach of parasitic infections in Turkey
Course Content The lecture is included parasitology, parasides, protozoons, helminths, artropods and diagnostic methods.
