    Course Objectives The aim of this course is to gain knowledge about the occurrence of infection, the structures of microorganisms causing infections and common infections, to acquire knowledge and skills in protecting themselves and the environment from infectious diseases and to learn disinfection and sterilization procedures.

    Course Description This course includes the occurence of infectious diseases, types of infections according to their transmission routes and their examples, sterilization, disinfection and personal protection procedures.
