1. Possesses up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge required by professional practice in the field.
2. Uses field-related tools, equipment, and technologies, ensures their maintenance, and utilizes basic-level information and communication technologies effectively.
3. Identifies and analyzes problems in the field, develops evidence-based solutions, and is able to share these proposals with others.
4. Is aware of legal responsibilities and can independently carry out basic-level professional tasks within the field.
5. Communicates accurately, clearly, honestly, and effectively with patients, patient relatives, and colleagues; is able to convey thoughts and information through written and oral communication.
