    Course Objectives The aim of this course is to get information about the behavior of human power in organization, the importance of organizational communication and team understanding, by learning the concept of organizational commitment increase the professional knowledge and skills to the level of quality standards of health institutions

    6Explain post modern quality management theories such as total quality management and lean management.
    Course Description The modules of the Hospital Information Management System software will be introduced and supported by application videos. Quality within the quality management system in health care Theoretical information about preparing the documents will be given and they will be provided to create documents. The theoretical background of the subjects will be supported by appropriate in-class activities, discussions and student presentations, and students will be helped to put the knowledge they have learned into practice.
