    Course Objectives With this course, students will understand the importance of effective expression and correct writing techniques in business life; It is aimed to prepare professional articles (official, private, business articles) in accordance with the format and content rules, accurately and quickly.

    Course Description The place and importance of written communication in corporate communication; the importance of effective written communication in secretarial services; the writing process; the use of spelling rules and punctuation in correspondence; priority degrees of writing in the business environment; Types of writing used in business life; legal legislation on correspondence in our country; business writings; special articles; covers the issues of official correspondence rules, protocol principles in correspondence.
