    Course Objectives This course aims to enable students to gain professional awareness by understanding the necessity and importance of the secretarial profession; to provide training as secretaries who can solve problems, use initiatives and communicate effectively, in addition to performing secretarial services by gaining the knowledge and skill equipment required by basic secretarial and medical secretarial services, within the framework of professional ethics and social responsibility principles.

    Course Description This course covers the place and importance of the secretarial profession in business life; the main features to be had in fulfilling the secretarial profession; secretarial services; telephone conversation; meeting management, appointment arrangement; guest hosting; business trip arrangement; responsibilities to the manager; general definition of the medical secretarial profession; areas of study, duties and responsibilities, professional ethics and organization, professional image.
