    Course Description With this course; In human resources management; basic information about business analysis, job descriptions, element selection, performance evaluation functions and intergenerational management. Technical knowledge and skills are communicated in general communication and communication in the offices. Basic knowledge and practices about conflict, stress and time management in offices. The theoretical knowledge and current practices in business and professional ethics are taught and applications are applied to gain skills.
