Course Objectives The aim of the course; to provide students with vocational and technical skills in office management.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who successfully complete this course will be able to; • Define forms management and filing techniques in offices
  • Analyze stressful situations in the work environment and use related techniques to cope with these situations
  • Identify the problem of conflict in conflict environment and solve the problem by using related techniques,
  • Planning time in the office management
Course Description With this course; In human resources management; basic information about business analysis, job descriptions, element selection, performance evaluation functions and intergenerational management. Technical knowledge and skills are communicated in general communication and communication in the offices. Basic knowledge and practices about conflict, stress and time management in offices. The theoretical knowledge and current practices in business and professional ethics are taught and applications are applied to gain skills.
