| Course Objectives | To do sports for a healthy body and a healthy life, to eat adequate and balanced nutrition, to distinguish the main purpose and basic duties of training, to distinguish the relationship between loading and resting in training, to distinguish the effects of physical education and sports on the human organism, to distinguish between conditional and motoric features, speed and it is aimed to improve quickness. |
