Internship Application Process

All compulsory and voluntary internship applications must be submitted through the Internship Management System (IMS). 
Comprehensive information regarding the internship process can be found on the website of the Career Guidance Center, which operates under the Office of the Dean of Students at Izmir University of Economics. 

All procedures described in the Application Guide must be completed at least two weeks prior to the internship start date. Internship applications and supporting documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Procedures Upon Completion of Internship

Students who complete the internship are required to submit the Internship Site Evaluation Form, Trainee Evaluation Form, and the attendance sheet covering 30 working days to the Internship Commission members. The Trainee Evaluation Form must be completed by the authorized supervisor of the host institution and submitted by the student in a sealed and confidential envelope. Forms submitted without a sealed envelope or signature will not be accepted.

Students are also required to submit the signed Internship Site Evaluation Form to the Internship Commission.

Internship Examination

The internship examination is conducted in accordance with the schedule announced on Blackboard. It is carried out as an oral examination based on three written case reports prepared by the student.
