Course Objectives The aim of the course is to teach how to be a healthy and how to use the power of their body during the emergency health situations. In line with this, the second aim of the course is to teach students how to build a powerful body both in theory and practical.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to list the principles of healthy body and life.
  • Will be able to do fitness exercises
  • Will be able to do strength training
  • Will be able to lift weight without damaging your own body
  • Will be able to do Basic Muscle exercises.
Course Description This course; The effects of physical education and sports on the human organism include protecting their own health while carrying the stretcher and being able to carry the injured person.
