| Course Objectives | To understand the importance of healthy body and healthy life, to distinguish the main purpose and duties of training, to distinguish the relationship between loading and resting in training, to understand the effects of physical education and sports on the human organism, to develop coordination skills, to distinguish between conditional and motoric features, sufficient strength and endurance. It is aimed to gain the competencies of the ability to lift and carry correctly by gaining flexibility. |
