Course Objectives To understand the importance of healthy body and healthy life, to distinguish the main purpose and duties of training, to distinguish the relationship between loading and resting in training, to understand the effects of physical education and sports on the human organism, to develop coordination skills, to distinguish between conditional and motoric features, sufficient strength and endurance. It is aimed to gain the competencies of the ability to lift and carry correctly by gaining flexibility.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to do sports activities by improving coordination and motor characteristics.
  • Will be able to do fitness exercises
  • Will be able to do strength training
  • will be able to realize the importance of doing regular physical activities.
  • Will be able to develop a sense of self-confidence in activities that need to use his body. .
  • Will be able to apply safety principles about herself and her environment in activities that need to use her body.
Course Description This course; The effects of physical education and sports on the human organism include protecting their own health while carrying the stretcher and being able to carry the injured person.
