Course Objectives This course aims is to teach students how the skills of emergency care applications on medical emergencies and to apply primary survey and secondary survey assessment techniques. To measure and evaluate the vital signs and to apply the drug application methods.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to make primary and secondary evaluation of the patient and evaluate the results.
  • Will be able to measure and evaluate vital signs
  • Will be able to know the methods of drug administiration, indications, contraindications, complications
  • Will be able to recognize the diseases of the respiratory system and provide emergency care
  • will be able to recognize and give emergency care of cardiovascular disease
  • Will be able to apply urological emergency care protocols
Course Description This course covers the examination methods that the student must apply when treating a patient, measuring and evaluating vital signs, and medication administration methods. It also includes emergency interventions covering some body systems
