1. Possesses up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge required in the field of professional practice.

2. Uses, maintains, and ensures the sustainability of tools, equipment, and technologies related to the field, and utilizes basic information and communication technologies.

3. Identifies and analyzes problems in the field, develops evidence-based solutions, and shares recommendations with others.

4. Is aware of legal responsibilities and is able to independently perform basic professional tasks within the scope of the field.

5. Communicates accurately, clearly, honestly, and effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, and is able to express ideas and information through both written and verbal communication.
