    Course Objectives Students in this course; is aimed to comprehend the relationship between physical activity with health and age.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Explain the relationship between physical activity and health.
    • Discuss issues related to obesity, weight management, and physical activity.
    • Explain the relationship between physical activity and different environmental conditions, as well as the psychological effects of physical activity.
    • Identify the physiological effects of aging.
    • Describe the effects of physical activity on aging.
    Course Description This course covers the relationship between physical activity and health; the links between physical activity and cardiovascular risk factors, obesity, diabetes, and environmental factors; the physiological changes associated with aging; and the effects of these changes on the lives of older adults.
