    Course Objectives Students in this course; is aimed to comprehend the relationship between physical activity with health and age.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Comprehed the realationship between physical activity and health.
    • Discuss obesity, weight control snd physical activity.
    • To be able to explain the different environmental and psychological factors related to physical activity.
    • To be able to define the physiological effects of aging.
    • Explain the effects of physical activity og aginig.
    Course Description This course covers the relationship between physical activity and health, the relationship between physical activity and cardiovascular risk factors, obesity, diabetes, environmental factors, physiological changes that occur with aging, and the effects of these changes on the life of geriatric individuals.
