      Course Objectives To provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge on public health concepts, historical development, objectives, roles, and topics, including women's health, child health, elderly health, infectious diseases, occupational health, and environmental health.
      Learning Outcomes

      The students who succeeded in this course;

      • Define health concepts and factors affecting health.
      • Explain public health concepts.
      • Discuss health indicators in the country.
      • Compare health indicators internationally.
      • Understand subtopics of public health (women's, children's, elderly health, etc.).
      • Design documents (brochures, reports) related to public health subtopics.
      Course Description The course covers health concepts, determinants, historical development of public health, and various subtopics. Theoretical knowledge will be reinforced with presentations and assignments.
