Course Objectives Course the aims of the characteristics of physical rehabilitation by the students and explain its importance.

  • Explain the impact of exercise on body systems

Course Description Physiology of elderly and effects of aging to systems, The effects of exercise on the systems, The effects of regular physical activity in elderly, Physical activity and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, Principles and techniques of exercise programs applied to elderly, Body mechanics, Respiratory system and exercises
