Course Objectives In this course, students are intended to learn; the importance of rational use of drugs, reasons and consequences of irrational drug usage, prevention of irrational drug usage, application principles of rational drug use
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the importance of rational drug use
  • Count the applications of rational drug use in Turkey and the World
  • Explain the importance of rational drug use and pharmacoeconomic data in clinical situations
  • Count the reasons and consequences of irrational drug use
  • Describe the properties of rational drug use in special patient groups (elderly, pregnancy and psychiatry).
