Course Objectives The objectives of this course are to make students grasp pyschological and sociological aspects of human behaviour and to develop an awareness about properties of interpersonal communication in small groups and about its effect on business life.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Describe the main principles of human behaviour.
  • Explain the culture and culture change processes.
  • Describe how the processes such as learning, motivation and perception operates.
  • Explain the personality and theories of personality.
  • Explain the behavioral problems of individuals in social life.
  • Apply the methods of coping with stress.
  • Discuss problem solving strategies.
Course Description This course covers the individual, social and cultural factors affecting human behavior, people's behavioral problems and methods of dealing with them.
