Course Objectives This course aims to teach students the types of exercise, its characteristics and the changes that occur in the body during exercise.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to explain the effects of exercise on respiratory system and circulatory system.
  • Will be able to count hormanal changes that occur during somatic activity.
  • Will be able to sort out the changes that occur during exercise in different ambient conditions.
  • Will be able to explain the normal function of the motion system.
  • Will be able to explain the physiological basis of exercise and speed training.
Course Description Skeletal Muscles and Exercise, Movement Control, Energy, Exercise and Respiratory System, Circulatory System and Exercise Compliance, Hormonal Adaptations in Exercise, Nutrition and Sportive Performance, Sporda Doping, Sporda Ergojenik Aid, Physiological Basis of Endurance and Speed Training, Exercise in Different Ambient Conditions, Woman and Sports, Exercise Physiology Measurement Methods
