Course Objectives The aim of this course is that students have knowledge about the management of an optic store and increase their achievements to improve customer relations.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the opening and liquidate processes of an optical store
  • Describe points that improve the relationship of customers during sales
  • Describe the processes of writing the Record Book and classification of the lenses
  • Explain the things related to Optician
  • Describe the physical, technological and economical requirements of an optical store
  • Explain situations that conflict with the principles of professional ethics during the period of operation of an optical store.
Course Description Describes required process and documents for opening an optical store. Explains duties and responsibilities of a responsible manager of optical store. States physical, technological and economical needs for an optical store.
