Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to gain adequate knowledge and skills about microbiology and its history, groups of microorganisms and their properties, microbial flora, sterilization-disinfection, genetics and metabolism of microorganisms, instruments used in a microbiology laboratory, preparation and dyeing methods of a preparate, methods of inoculation, properties of colony, antibiotic sensitivity tests, evaluation of clinic samples according to systems. |

Course Description | This course is including cell types and properties, viruses, fungi, bacterias, microbiology laboratory process, suitable samples-reasons of disqualifications, culture in medium, preparation and examination of direct and coloring slides, growth, antibiotic susceptibility tests, sterilization-disinfection topics, evaluation of clinic samples according to systems. |
